İmam-ı A’zam Ebu Hanife (MS. 700-767)

Ebû Hanife künyesiyle meşhur Numân b. Sâbit b. Zevta (Zûta) mutlak müctehid ve fıkıhta Hanefi mezhebinin imamı. Ebû Hanife, Kûfe'de hicrî 80 yılında doğdu. Numân ve ailesinin Arap olmadığı kesindir; onun Farisi veya Türk olduğu şeklinde değişik görüşler vardır....

6. Bölüm (Yedi mühür)

[1] Sonra Kuzu'nun yedi mühürden birini açtığını gördüm. O anda dört yaratıktan birinin, gök gürültüsüne benzer bir sesle, «Gel! »dediğini işittim.
[2] Bakınca beyaz bir at gördüm. Bu ata binmiş olanın bir yayı vardı. Kendisine bir taç verildi ve galip gelen biri olarak zafer kazanmaya çıktı.
[3] Kuzu ikinci mührü açınca, ikinci yaratığın «Gel! » dediğini işittim.
[4] O zaman başka bir at, kızıl bir at çıktı ortaya. Ata binmiş olana, dünyadan barışı kaldırma yetkisi verildi. Bunun sonucu olarak insanlar birbirlerini boğazlayacaklar. Atlıya ayrıca büyük bir kılıç verilmişti.
[5] Kuzu üçüncü mührü açınca, üçüncü yaratığın «Gel! » dediğini işittim. Bakınca siyah bir at gördüm. Ata binmiş olanın elinde bir terazi vardı.
[6] Dört yaratığın ortasında sanki bir sesin şöyle dediğini işittim: «Bir ölçek buğday bir dinara[b] ve üç ölçek arpa bir dinara. Ama zeytinyağı ve şaraba zarar verme! »
[7]Kuzu dördüncü mührü açınca, «Gel! » diyen dördüncü yaratığın sesini işittim.
[8] Bakınca soluk renkli bir at gördüm. Ata binmiş olanın adı Ölüm'dü. Ölüler diyarı onun ardınca geliyordu. Bunlara kılıçla, kıtlıkla, vebayla ve yeryüzünün vahşi hayvanlarıyla ölüm saçmak için yeryüzünün dörtte biri üzerinde yetki verildi.

1. Yay taşıyan atlı - beyaz at - Savaş
2. Kılıç taşıyan atlı - kızıl at - Kıtlık
3. Terazi taşıyan atlı - siyah renkli at - Salgın Hastalık
4. Vahşi hayvanlara sahip atlı - soluk renkli at - Ölüm
