Read! That is how the sacred begins!

What did you do? Did you blindly follow? Did you read?
Or are you walking the exact path that they need?
The one who never questions, who never looks inside?
Is whatever they say true? Is whatever they do divine?

You are exactly what they seek!
The perfect creation, obedient and weak!
Did they empty the schools? Turn the knowledge to trash?
If so, will you polish these walls... or smash them to ash?!

The choice is yours! The future is yours!
At least that is what you believe!
But nothing is yours, nothing is real,
As long as you stay asleep!

Look what the great leader proclaimed:
"If my words clash with science, let science reign!"
And what did the sacred command? "READ!"
Look how the wisdom connects, planting the seed!
These words were never spoken in vain!

Make your choice! Break the chain!
Are you this, or are you that?
