Some things, some people do
Feels pointless from my view
Why do people show off their own
In this world that we'll all die alone
Or showing others what you plan on doing
Giving a sample of what you're brewing
Not letting any mystery step aside
And leave people wondering "What's inside?"
Some people only want a little bit of attention
Some absorb their energy from other's tension
Some lie around, hooked to their devices
Believing that the internet has all of life's spices
Some waste their lives thinking about fairytales
They hide from their misery, with the support of details
Some wear happy masks all around the globe
Just to get their payment from their "lovely" job
Instagram was something that I gave my life too
It was until I understood that all it did was to screw
My misery that outgrew my control
Finally ends, as I yearn for my goal
