Öğrencin seni sever, sen de onları can hocam
Bir baba şefkati taşır her hâlin her an hocam
Gurur bilmez başın, kibir uğramaz hiç sana hocam
İnsanı insan yapan hasletlerinle ünvansın hocam
Köyüne varınca elinde değnek, omzunda azık hocam
Keçilerle dertleşir, şikâyet bilmez gönül hocam
Hayvanı da insanı da seversin eşitliği bilirsin hocam
Sevgi senin mayandır, sen sevgiyle bütünsün hocam
Gözlüklerin efsane, bakışların derindir hocam
Saçının taranışı bile kendine yakındır hocam
Naiflik yakışır sana, karizma sessiz, sakin hocam

Hope is written letter by letter on the blackboard, patience is complete in your heart, teacher
A life molded with love, your name is Mesut Hocam
Your students love you, and you love them, dear teacher
Every aspect of you carries the tenderness of a father, teacher
Your head knows no pride, arrogance never touches you, teacher
You are renowned for the qualities that make a person human, teacher
When you arrive in your village, you carry a stick in your hand and provisions on your shoulder, teacher
You confide in the goats, your heart knows no complaint, teacher
You love both animals and people, you know equality, teacher
Love is your essence, you are whole with love, teacher
Your glasses are legendary, your gaze is deep, teacher
Even the way you comb your hair is unique to you, teacher
Gentleness suits you, charisma is quiet and calm, teacher
